Installation Tips: Installing your stand is easiest in damp soil.f your soil is dry, pour 1 gallon of water across the area and allow the liquid to soak in. Push the bottom prongs into the dirt until they are completely covered. No tools required. Slide the flag’s sleeve onto the top bar. Push it over until the flag’s edge reaches the vertical pillar of the stand. Place the Evergreen Flag Rubber Stopper onto the end of the pole to prevent the flag from blowing off the stand. When bad weather is predicted, flags should be taken down.
