We make every effort to display our products accurately, but please note that the colors you see may depend on your monitor’s display settings.

2.2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and either cancel the item from your order or discuss alternative arrangements.

2.3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email.

Payment is deducted when we process your order. Your card will be charged in Australian Dollars.

3.3. Order Processing

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our workshop within 1-2 business days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.2. Delivery Areas

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.3. Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Returns Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Christmas decorations. We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s).

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their seasonal, personal, or delicate nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged:

• All Christmas Lights (including Christmas Rope Lights & Displays, Curtain and Waterfall Lights, Fairy Lights, Icicle Lights, Infinity Christmas Lights, and Net Lights)
• Solar Powered Lights
• Lighting Accessories (final sale)
• Acrylic Figurines & Christmas Elves

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorisation number
3. Securely pack the item(s) with original packaging and proof of purchase
4. Ship to the address provided using a trackable service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

5.4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within:

• 5-10 business days for Visa, MasterCard, and JCB payments
• 3-5 business days for PayPal payments

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
